Medication Management Nurse
• Safely administer medications (oral, IV, IM, subcutaneous, topical, inhalation, etc.) as prescribed.
• Verify physician's orders and ensure the "Five Rights" of medication administration (right patient, right drug, right dose, right route, right time).
• Monitor patients for therapeutic response and adverse drug reactions.
• Accurately document medication administration and patient response in records/EHR.
• Maintain secure storage and proper handling of medications, including narcotics and controlled substances.
• Educate patients and families about medication usage, potential side effects, and compliance.
• Report and document any medication errors or adverse drug events in line with hospital policy.
• Assist in developing medication management protocols, audits, and compliance with NABH/JCI standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals for safe and effective drug therapy.
• Participate in continuous training on pharmacology and medication safety practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
