Role Overview:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Telecallers to join our team at CEFI Diocese. The role involves reaching out to churches, pastors, and congregations across India to introduce and promote our seven ministry services. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a heart for serving faith-based communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with churches and pastors to explain CEFI Diocese services.
• Answer inquiries about pastoral ordination, church affiliation, assessments, renewals, theology development, human rights, and legal documentation.
• Build strong relationships with ministry leaders and congregations over the phone.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in our CRM system.
• Meet daily and monthly outreach targets.
Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or ministry outreach is a plus.
• Ability to connect with diverse communities and build rapport.
• Basic knowledge of Christian ministry and theology (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficient in using computers and telecommunication tools.
